[Exim] WISHLIST: (pipe)timeout-behaviour

Hi,

by accident I discovered the timeout-option of the
pipe transport "always" runs into a permanent failure.

As I was glad to discover the possibilities with
temp_errors, I think it would be great if the timeout
error condition could be forced to result into a
temporary error, too.
