[Exim] Installation / Configuration

Hi all,

I just downloaded exim, created a folder Local/ and copied src/EDITME to
Local/Makefile (I also chmod u+rwx Local/Makefile)
But then, I don't know where to change the values for the run-time
configuration, in order to start compiling.

any help?
