That isn't how relay_domain works.

Then use POP before SMTP ot SMTP auth.

Thats extrememly insecure, open to relay abuse and not advised.
I use SMTP auth, preferably over TLS.

If you really want to do that, and be an open relay, read the spec
section on relaying.
