[Exim] keep a copy of all mail

Hello all,

I have been asked to find a sendmail replacement which can recieve mail and post it to another mail server or user, but also store a copy of that mail locally somewhere, just in case a mail is lost or deleted in error. This additional store is also to serve the purpose of DR and will only be held until backups complete.

Is it possible that EXIM can fit our requirement ???
