[Exim] glibc 2.2 and exim

Hi!

I recently upgraded my glibc to 2.2 and it seems that exim doesnt support
glibc 2.2 .. I get an error about a missing db.h .. which I guess is part of
glibc 2.1.3 .. but not 2.2 .. where it might instead be netdb.h .. IIRC

Hope somebody has a soloution :O)
