[Exim] exim mini-tutorial/mini-guide

Someone posted to this list their guide on installing and configuring
Exim, but I can't seem to find it in my archived exim articles or any link
to it. (I also seem to remember that someone was going to add it to the
exim ftp site for contributed docs, but I don't see it there either.)

Does anyone know where it is?
