[Exim] Exim delivery problem

Hello.

I have installed 'Exim version 3.10' and have a problem.
I can send mail to some host and receive mail from some host.

I can't send mail only to few hosts. Logfile shows me

T=remote_smtp defer (110): Connection timed out:
SMTP timeout while connected to mail.xxxxxxx.ee [x.y.z.v]
after end of data (7188 bytes written)

But I can send mail if size of mail less than ~1024 bytes.

I have installed 'Smail-3.2.0.109' on another PC and I can send
my problem mail from this host to mail.xxxxxxx.ee.
