Author: Alexander Koch Date: To: Exim Users Subject: [Exim] relay_domains_include_local_mx not working?
Somewhere in between the transition from 3.12 to 3.16
something seems to have been changed wrt the named option.
When so far I had my routers for special domains for UUCP
I did not have to put them in relay_domains or somesuch.
Now I have to.
For example: an.argh.org has an MX to toolnine.argh.org,
everything worked until lately I was updating the exim
package (Debian here, but it also happened with self-
compiled exim versions). Now all I get when writing a
test mail is this:
(2000-12-06 09:31:03 refused relay (sender & host_accept_relay)
to <test@???> from <baran_j@???>
H=wombat.is.fh-hamburg.de [141.22.192.33]
What do I fail to see? I entered that domain in relay_domains
and it works now, luckily.
