[Exim] Giving 550 bounces for full mailboxes

Hi

I think this is a FAQ, but how'd you go about giving permanent (say 552)
bounces if a user has a full mailbox? Mails currently stay in our queue for
the maximum (5) days before being flushed.

As we are running a webmail service, we have the usual problem of people
signing up to assorted lists and abandoning their accounts without bothering to
unsubscribe. So this would imply a really huge increase in performance for our
server.
