Hello,
This is probably slightly off topic, as not strictly exim.
When sending a message
To: list1
cc: list2
both lists being lists configured with mailman (on the same
mailman config), the message never gets delivered to list2.
The apparent reason is, both message instances (list1 and
list2) do have the same Message-ID and mailman is very
picky about this (from looking at the mailman archives,
the problem of duplicates has a long history).
Is this a known problem?
Are there known quick-and-dirty fixes?
Is there any way telling exim to sort of "force generate
new Message-ID" during transport?
Running exim 3.15 on Solaris 7, and 3.20 on Solaris 8.
Thanks for any pointers to solve this!
