There is no way to block a loop of the form

  . User A sends a message to user B, with sender address = A;
  . This causes user B to send a different message to user A, with 
    sender address = B; 
  . This causes user A to send a different message to user B ...


On the other hand, if traditional forwarding is used just to redirect
a message between two hosts (without changing the sender address),
eventually the message builds up sufficient Received: headers for it to
be blocked by Exim's check on the number of Received: headers.
