This is typical for things like mailing lists and is a reasonable thing to
want to do. It must be done by setting the ENVELOPE From. That is the
MAIL FROM in the SMTP dialogue should be <returnmails@???>. There
is nothing in the DATA part that would do what you want.[1]
[1] Well, almost nothing. In some preverse circumstances the Sender:
header might pick up a couple of things. There is a non-standard
Errors-To: header as well which a very few systems will respect, (but most
will correctly ignore it). The correct solution is to get the MAIL FROM:
correct in the SMTP dialogue.
