1. Wait till I release Exim 3.20 on Monday.
2. Install Exim 3.20.
3. Make use of the new headers_rewrite option that is available for use
on transports to rewrite header lines that pass through the smtp transport.
Also use the existing return_path option to rewrite the envelope sender.
