[Exim] remote recipients_max ?

I would like to apply a recipients_max setting, but have it not apply
to the hosts in smtp_reserve_hosts (Eg, I want to have a different set
of limits for 'internal' hosts than for remote hosts..)..

Im currently thinking this isnt possible, but if anyone can suggest to
the contrary please do..

Otherwise, perhaps it can become a wishlist item..
