I'm running into the same prob. Also coming from debian (as well as
Storm). That shouldn't matter, though. Running into the prob with both
Netscape and lynx :(.

That should all work without any probs, provided your firewall allows
it. I have the same thing except firewall is debian and MUA is pine (I
have used mutt succesfully, though).

I setup my fw as an MX in my external dns, then in internal dns setup my
final destination as a higher priority MX. I set my fw MTA (also exim) to
relay to my final delivery box on the inside.

Can your fs do port forwarding? If so, port forward its port 25 to your
internal box and setup your internal box like it was live on the Internet
(which it will be). Once you have that, you can move back to NATing and
relaying.

There are probably better ways, but this works for me :).
