Try running a delivery with -d 9 (i.e. "exim -d 9 -M
13smMf-0004Za-00") which should tell you what it's doing when it
crashes. (Which OS do you have? What's signal 15 on your OS?)
Have you recently recompiled Exim? Might be a problem with DB library
incompatibilties (in which case, try clearing /var/spool/exim/db or
whatever)
