[Exim] re-written how-to

Hi,
I wrote a little how-to on how-to quickly set up an exim mail server.
At that point I wrote it in a few hours and quickly posted it here. Now
after struggling with my Internet service provider for stable service
(and still am) and after hardware failures on my mail server and countless
other problems, I have finally finished it (I hope). You can check it
