[Exim] ! lsearch

Simle question but i could not find it in the manual.

What is the syntax for a "negative lsearch"
(host_accept_relay = !/etc/norelay : 123.123.123.123/16).

host_accept_relay = !lsearch;/etc/norelay : 123.123.123.123/16
did not work.

PS: any further suggestions at which "size" dbm or cdb should be
