[Exim] frozen...failed moving..

In the exim's configure file:

move_frozen_messages = true

and every incoming and outgoing mail makes a messages in the exim
logfiles(main and panic):

2000-11-08 00:15:10 13tHxO-0003E8-00
link("/var/exim/spool/input//13tHxO-0003E8-00-D",
"/var/exim/spool/Finput//13tHxO-0003E8-00-D") failed while moving message:
No such file or directory

What is this error message? This mailmessages aren't frozen messages..!
