Subject: [Exim] RFC2476 message submission
The recent Sendmail relaying scare of using port 587, the Message
Submission port as per RFC2476, for relaying started me wondering as to
how to configure EXIM to implement the RFC's requirements.

Being prudent (lazy) I wondered if anyone else has analysed the RFC
and EXIM to see how to do it and what, if anything, is missing.
