duuh!! ;)

riddle solved ;) my own stupidness prevented me from seeing the light.
I was writing all messages from that ip-range to one file for testing ;)
and
it was the delivery file which was locked, not the queuedirectory...
(grmblllsdfds grrrrr)
Please excuse my ignorance and thanks for your help!!
