[Exim-Announce] Web site searching finally sorted

In my <irony>copious spare time</irony>, I have been rehashing the
search interface to the web mail list archive, and think it is finally
correct...

So there are now search forms on each of the archive index pages as
well as one in the old maillist page as before.

Hopefully it should all work correctly - if not let me know.
