That hasn't been 'regular' for quite some time! I *did* announce a
change. Admittedly, the old site is still in the documentation. That's
because there hasn't been a new addition for ages - blame this book that
I'm trying to write - but there will be an update by the end of the
year.

All new everything is in the new site. Apart from the Testing directory,
the old site is still actually a mirror (because I feel guilty about
the documentation) but in due course it will be reduced to a pointer.
