[Exim] announcement: exiscan 0.7

hi everyone,

as I know that some people on this list use exiscan, I'd like to announce
version 0.7 (as promised) :)

- added sender and receiver notification
- now can work with reformime instead of metamail (metamail is old and
partly broken)
- better security and some small cosmetic fixes
