[Exim] hostname change for Finnish Exim-mirror

Hello everyone,

Just to inform the hostname of the Finnish Exim-website mirror will be
changing from exim.tonnikala.net to exim.tonnikala.org. exim.tonnikala.net
will point to the website for backwards compatibility until the beginning of
next year, but effective 01.01.2001 I will remove it.
