No. If you want to hack it yourself, though, looking at daemon.c the
code changes would be trivial, since Exim already listens to multiple
sockets if local_interfaces is set, so at least you wouldn't have to
restructure the way connections are handled - just modify the loops
which set them up and the conditions under which Exim will do so.
