[Exim] Help needed with system_filter.exim

Hi

I have just installed the latest content filter. It is working correctly and
letting the right messages through and rejecting bad attachments, but it is
not sending the bounce error message back to the sender explaining why the
message has not been accepted.

Any thoughts welcome!
