Probably as many others have said - just check the queue now and then
and remove frozen messages - I use a bit of Perl to clean the frozen stuff
every couple of months.... other than that - nothing.

Exim is so reliable here I might even put the bit of perl in crontab then I
could probably leave out machines for years :-) .... Thanks to Phil!
