[Exim] SMTP AUTH advertise?

For some reason I seem to remember this already being discussed, but I
couldnt find it in the docs or by a quick search through the list..

I want to only advertise SMTP AUTH if the host connecting is required
to authenticate (eg, is in auth_hosts).. Is this possible?
