[Exim] Problem with local_delivery from nobody

hi folks,

i have a problem with mails coming from nobody via local_delivery

here is a header file of such a mail:

the mails are not even tried to delivered, but immediately written to
the queue and a normal queue-run produces a defer (-45): delivery
suppressed ... a -qff delivers the mails.

Do you have any ideas what's up with my exim?
