[Exim] off topic, but?

This is offtopic, but does anyone know where
a mailinglist of people who know a lot about
mime encoding and variations in mta's might be?

I want to figure out why the hand constructed
(perlscript) mime mail messages don't work as
expected in one client (Outlook 2000 with
windows 98), but do work in all the other
mua's, including Outlook on NT.

I don't really have a newsfeed, and the
comp.mail.mime faqs don't seem to be helpful.
