Do some web searches. Many have walked that path before you (there
are atrocious scaling problems for one). You might start with
PGPSendmail:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/PGPsendmail.html.
But there have been others that attempted the same with variously
more success (do web searches).
