[Exim] restricting output of 'exim -bP'

I've just noticed that the output of "exim -bP" includes MySQL
authentication information if "mysql_servers" is defined. This seems to be
a security risk to me? Is this information restricted to exim admin users,
if not could this be considered as an option for the next release?
