Hi,
Now this may or may not be correct, I am new to exim, but you might
as well give it a try. I use Eudora, and it was giving me a similar error,
that that recipiant is not valid. If I did a ./exim -d9 user@???
it would work, the problem ended up being the machine I was sending from
was not added to host_accept_relay, I added my machine, and I was able
to send again. This is that part of my configure file:

host_accept_relay = soundwave.wokness.com : 192.168.1.10
