[Exim] Bounce frozen messages to sender

Hi,

Is there a way to bounce some frozen messages to sender
rather than to freeze them? In case of an empty mailing
list, exim (3.14) log says:

<timestamp> <empty-list>@<local_domain>: maillist_aliases
director deferred: error in alias file <alias_file_name>:
no addresses generated
...
*** Frozen

We'd like to bounce those messages to let the list-owner
know the problem.
