[Exim] support for maildir and mbox spools on a per user bas…

The subject says it all. How can I get my local_transport to do both mbox
and maildir deliveries on a per user basis.

Ideally, if it could automagically figure out who has a maildir or mbox
spool (though it's all under /var/spool/mail) without configuring things
on a per user basis that would be cool, but I'd settle for editting a conf
file on a per-user basis as well.
