[Exim] Connects without any action?

Hi all!

I use the RBL option with ORBS in warning mode.

In yesterdays logs there were several warnings (every 15 mins or so)
concerning a single ORBS-listed IP but without visible any action. There was
no attempt to send or relay. Only two spqm deliveries were made from this
host to (non-existent) local users.
What is this host doing! I can trace the host (to some place in asia) but
there is no whois info.

Any idea
