We had "Spool file locked" in connection with a big problem we were
having with duplicate messages going to our lists.
Philip worked with me for weeks to figure it all out. I'll send a
next message with the subject "Duplicate Messages" that explains what
was happening to us.
I've been meaning to write this up for the archives, in case anyone
else has similar difficulties.
