They should modify GPL to say no port to NT allowed. NT has
some good shareware/public software too but I never heard
they get ported to Unix.

At your nearest shop that sells perpetual motion machines, philosopher's
stones, unicorns, flying pigs, and other imaginary items.

Seriously, several years ago somebody took a copy of the Exim source in
order to try to port it to NT. I never heard from them again. I know
nothing about NT. I do not use, nor have ever used, any Microsoft
software, but I am told that the way NT works would make it extremely
hard to port Exim to it.
