Philip,
I'd like a book in two sections. A tutorial, explantion in the first section,
and a reference in the second section. An example book of this type would be
"Programming Perl" from O'Reilly.
I would also like a really complete index, with non-Exim terms related to
Exim terms. Most books are way to light in this area, so you practically have
to read the whole book when you only wanted to find one subject.
