No its not exim's job to do the "Leave Messages on Server!" thats part of
the popper.. Exim just send and receives mail to the spool.. plus the only
time exim talks to outlook is when you send mail from outlook.. thats the
only outlook->exim interaction.. exim never delivers mail to outlook.. as I
have stated before thats the popper or imapd job.

MS Outlook allows you to leave a copy of your message on the server.
