[Exim] 8 bit

Hi,

I have a problem with Transfer-encoding field. I use Exim 3.14. When I send
message with attach in 8bit without specify encoding method (I use Outlook
Express for this test), I see:
...
Content-Type: application/x-compressed;
        name="domains.zip"
Content-Disposition: attachment;
        filename="domains.zip"
...
And when I send message with attach without 8 bit and whithout specify
encoding method I see:

Content-Type: application/x-compressed;
        name="domains.zip"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
        filename="domains.zip"

So what's wrong? Where is Content-Transfer-Encoding field in first test (if
we trying to use 8bit without specify encoding method)?
