[Exim] Queue out of order

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the correct value to put in /etc/exim.conf
is to make it run the messages chronologically? I have the keyword
"queue_run_in_order" on its own line yet people on mailing lists are
still complaining about getting replies out of order in conversations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
