[Exim-Announce] Exim RPMs

I've dropped my latest build of the exim rpms (src and i386 binaries)

onto
    ftp://ftp.exim.org/pub/rpms-for-exim/

I build these to the config I use... however there is no policy
embedded in them other than I build with cdb.
