Moreover, add a transport and a router as such:
(this is what I did, and it's in the FAQ)

transport

forward_elsewhere:
driver = smtp
hosts = your exchange server
gethostbyname = true/false
delay_after_cutoff = true

driver

forward_elsewhere
driver = smartuser
transport = forward_elsewhere
new_address = $local_part@???
