[Exim] quickest way to purge a message from the queue?

Looks like someone faked an address from one of my
domains to send out spam, and now one of my servers
is being flooded with bounce messages. What is the
quickest, cleanest way to dump messages from the queue?
In the past I have tried deleting the files, but that
seems to have had little to no effect.
