[Exim] bcc line still visible on local deliveries

Subject: [Exim] bcc line still visible on local deliveries

on local deliveries, the bcc header line is not removed yet on remote
deliveries it is.

i'm having trouble identifying whether this is an MUA (Mutt/1.2.4) or MTA
problem. any suggestions to correct this behavior? am i the only one?
