I can confirm we operate exim at loads a good deal higher than that (we are an
ISP). Exim has coped well for us and, it does require some configuration
tweaks but, we use an unpatched normal distribution version of the program.

Its ability to scale over servers easily, I would imagine will be the biggest
plus from your point of view.

I am curious as to why you need 7 user facing servers for only 190,000 mails.
