Yes, BTW has anyone done any benchmarks on the MTA's available, ie
exim,postfix, qmail, sendmail etc..

No, I wasn't trying to stir things up, and I am sorry if I gave the
impression like that, but allmost anyone knows that DJB and postfixes
authour, often have monumental fits of anger and sometimes blame some
unfortuante poster.
So when the original poster dished a blow the belt punch with "Other MTA
authours who won't even listen" it is quite obvious who they are referring
to.

Sendmail, Eric is a pretty god guy IMHO and unlikely to throw fits of
anger...
Smail...It isn't maintained anymore(at least thats what I heard)

Accepted, but as I showed above, it is quite obvous who the "some MTA
authours" mean isn't it...:)
