[Exim] Exim Offline Configuration

Hi!

I'm trying to change our MTA from sendmail to exim to use the virtual domain
stuff with mysql and qpopper.
Unfortunately, we're on an offline site. Therefore my question

Is it possible to run exim in a queue-only-mode, where it stores every
non-local mail and only sends it on command (queue run)?
